Firstline AI is an automated system and, while designed for reliability, does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Businesses using Firstline AI remain responsible for their own scheduling and customer commitments.

Firstline AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed appointments or communication delays.
